De-Stressing Before Finals

This workshop will include a discussion on how to reduce stress and anxiety related to final exams. The workshop will begin with a discussion on how to prepare for exams, presentations, papers, and projects. The presenters will discuss relaxation and coping strategies students may use to reduce stress or anxiety. The presentation also includes topics such as time management, organization, and procrastination. Finally, there will be live demonstrations showing how to utilize these coping strategies.
